Designed for riders who accept only the best. Shell Construction The outer shell is built using Schuberth's proprietary Direct Fiber Processing method. A continuous strand of glass yarn is robotically precision-cut and blown into position in the mould, then compressed under high pressure with an exacting amount of resin and heat. The result is a shell of exceptional strength with no unnecessary material anywhere.
