The SCHULZE Patch Press 10cm x 13cm Manual Self-Opening Heat Press is a compact professional transfer press designed specifically for patches, labels, emblems, logos, and other small-format applications. Its focused 10 x 13 cm heating platen provides a precise working area for applications where using a full-size heat press would be unnecessarily large or difficult to position accurately. The Patch Press is manually closed using its pressure handle and automatically opens when the programmed pressing time is complete. This self-opening design helps reduce the risk of over-pressing during repetitive production while allowing the operator to prepare the next patch, label, or garment between cycles. A modern touch display provides control over temperature, pressing time, pre-press, main-press, and post-press cycles. The controller also includes an integrated transfer counter and ECO Mode, helping streamline repeat production while reducing unnecessary energy use during periods of inactivity. Although designed primarily for small-format applications, the Patch Press includes a 43 x 31 cm enlargement plate that provides additional support when working with larger garments and textiles. This makes it easier to position full-size products while still concentrating the heating area directly over the patch, label, or emblem. The press can also be expanded with optional interchangeable lower platens, including a 5 x 10 cm rectangular platen and 6 cm round platen. For thicker embroidered patches and other applications that benefit from heating from both sides, an optional heated lower platen is available to deliver additional heat from beneath the transfer. With a compact footprint, up to 300 kg of pressing force, and a maximum temperature of 220°C, the SCHULZE Patch Press is an excellent choice for apparel decorators, uniform shops, embroidery businesses, laundries, and production environments that frequently apply small logos, identification labels, patches, and emblems.
