This series of images was inspired by the National Park System's 100th anniversary poster series from 2016. The Philly Outside posters and other products celebrate and support the beauty of Philadelphia's own Fairmount Park - the second largest urban park in the country! The Maker: Created and once-owned by Philly Outside, the designs are now exclusively printed by Ali's Wagon! We loved them so much we just couldn't see them go as the people behind the project moved away from Philly and on to other ventures. Andy Thompson, a Philly native, created the series in collaboration with the Friends of the Wissahickon and the Fairmount Park Conservancy with the design help of artist Matt Brown. They loved the design of the vintage National Park posters and wanted to celebrate the local green areas in the same style. In preservation of the original intent of the posters, a portion of the proceeds benefits both the Friends of the Wissahickon and the Fairmount Park Conservancy.
