Scindapsus Pictus sp. Matcha (sometimes also referred to as Scindapsus Maharlika or Green on Green Scindapsus.) I purchased my mother plant in as a "Matcha" but after substantial research and comparison I've had a hard time establishing any substantiative difference between this and the Scindapsus "Maharlika."They are both green-on-green Pictus sports from the Philippines with very similar presentation. Some people claim the Matcha is a bit more mint than lime, or that one or the other produces more half-moons, one is more marbled, different shades of green, etc. but genetics and different grow conditions could cause the same result. I've grown quite a few of these now and I can say with certainty that some come out more minty, some more lime, deep greens, light greens, some put out a lot of half-moons, some are more marbled. Scindapsus are incredibly variable, and I would be very skeptical of anyone who tries to claim otherwise lol. Whatever name it goes by though - It's very beautiful!
