Book your tickets for our Candle Sconce Workshop hosted at Nottingham's plant paradise, The Watered Garden! 🪴 Join Heather, owner of Hallo Ceramics, for a relaxed pottery workshop where you'll create your own handmade ceramic wall-mounted candle sconce from clay! 🕯️ A candle sconce is a decorative wall-mounted holder designed to display a candle, adding a warm, cosy glow and a beautiful handmade feature to your home! Using fresh clay, Heather will guide you through every step of the hand-building process, showing you how to construct your sconce before adding your own decorative details. Whether you prefer playful florals, celestial motifs, seasonal textures or a clean, contemporary design, you'll have the freedom to create something that perfectly suits your style. Once your design is complete, you'll finish your piece with colourful underglazes, ready for its final firing. This workshop is perfect for beginners and experienced makers alike, with all tools, materials and tuition provided. Heather will be on hand throughout to help you bring your ideas to life in a relaxed and friendly environment.
