Rehabilitation: provides relief from hoof pathologies such as navicular, pedal osteitis, ringbone, sidebone and thin/bruised soles. What accessories are included? Each TheraRide boot comes with bulb straps and mud straps attached. These provide a high level of adjustability. The Accessory Bag contains multiple spare parts, and a full list is below. These include additional sizes of mud straps and bulb strap extenders to lift the bulb strap higher on the bulbs to accommodate high heels. The bulb strap gaiters can be used to prevent potential chafing and add extra comfort on long rides. There are two types of pads included with the TheraRide boots: Therapy Pads (TPU) – This is the yellow honeycomb pad that comes fitted with your boot and is the main pad designed for this product. This pad has a high level of shock absorption and is extremely durable. It can be used for rehabilitation and riding. Standard Pads (EVA) – The standard pad in the accessory bag is designed for comfort and light riding. It is not intended for long-term use or long-distance riding. These pads are not as durable as the therapy pad due to the nature of the material (EVA) and will compress after use, but they should return to their initial size when rested. These can also be used in conjunction with any custom pad.
