Use a synthetic bristles flat top brush or fingertips for a lightweight application. To set first use a translucent powder (RCMA translucent) to apply press the translucent powder with a powder puff, then add a powder shade of your choice with a fluff brush. Medium to Full Coverage:Use the Stir stick and scoop out product (mix a small amount of the oil with the foundation) onto a palette or the back of your hand, then use a Synthetic bristles flat top brush.
