Scotty Locking Flush Deck Mount p/n 244L The Scotty Locking Flush Deck Mount is designed for use with all Scotty post mount rod holders. To use the new Scotty "lock-down" mount sys tem, simply choose the best direction to fish from and insert the rod holder or accessory, pushing the post straight down into the mount.
