Screaming Eagle's Second Flight is a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, grown in Napa Valley, California. As the estate's second wine, it draws on the same vineyard sources and winemaking approach in a slightly earlier-drinking format. Expect dense dark fruit, cedar and graphite, wrapped in polished, velvety tannin typical of top Napa Cabernet blends. It suits robust dishes - grilled beef, lamb, venison, game birds or poultry with a rich sauce. Serve at 16–18°C, ideally after an hour's decanting to let the fruit unfurl. Show more
