Criminally underrated album, Buzz Factory is one of the grunge era masterpiece, featuring some of the best compositions of The Screaming Trees (Where The Twain Shall Meet, Black Sun Morning, Subtle Poison, Yard Trip #7, Flower Web, End of The Universe), and some of the best Mark Lanegan and Conner vocal and guitar performances. It has the psychedelic hard-punk aura and the experimental hendrix-derived inspiration of the first albums and the exciting melodies of their mainstream releases, without being so domesticated and rock conservative as those ones.
