Originally intended as a carpet design this pattern has been carefully refined retaining its distinctive shaping. The graceful interlacing of tulip heads and acanthus leaves typica l of Morris's enigmatic hand creates a rhythmic meandering pattern that feels perfectly suited to the wall.
