For years, we have been brainstorming ways to reduce waste and up-cycle leftover fabric from the production of our hand-dyed scarves. Creating scrunchies was the best way to use ev en the smallest pieces of fabric! All scrunchies come in a set of three assorted colors. You just might recognize past scarf designs... Impact: 100% of proceeds from your purchase are reinvested into the young refugee women of RefuSHE's Artisan Collective. Every product is stitched, tasseled, and dyed by hand using centuries-old African textile traditions like resist dyeing. Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, patterns and colors may vary. Each product comes with a tag featuring the name of one of our artisan makers, as well as the story behind the Artisan Collective. Fabric: Cotton/rayon blend that's incredibly soft – seriously, we've been told it too many times to count. Care: RefuSHE scrunchies will not lose color when properly cared for.
