This listing is for a bag of 15-20 scuds. Scuds are a very popular live food for Bettas, dwarf cichlids, pea puffers, as well as many other fish. They are very similar to shrimp, a nd will help clean the tank by eating leftover food. They are scavengers so harmless to other fish. They can however be quite difficult to remove from a tank if there isn't anything that will eat them in the tank, and although they won't hurt shrimp and snails, they will compete with them for their food so can be seen as pests in a shrimp only tank. This isn't much of an issue in a tank with fish that will eat them however and can be a great source of extra food for them. Show more
