Uses: Get a piece of white cloth and put Skullcap, Amethyst and a piece of paper (with your own writing) asking to release your addiction. As you wrap the cloth shut with a black ribbon. Make a loud chant or scream your intention. Keep it with you. Each time you feel challenged, hold it and remember the intense feeling you had to get rid of this habit when you made the bag. You can also use Skullcap to ease nerves and bring peace. All our herbs are sold in small sized ziplock packs. Powders are in 2"x 3" bags while cut herbs are in a 2.5" x 4" bags. Weights vary from half an ounce to 2 ounces, depending on the density of the herb concerned. Just enough to use as a spell ingredient or as part of your own created incense.
