Its handcrafted small-diaphragm capsule and supercardioid/lobar polar pattern deliver strong off-axis rejection and high gain-before-feedback, making it useful for IEM monitor mixes, on-set dialogue, and spot-miking hard-to-reach instruments in noisy environments. Switchable -10 dB and -20 dB attenuation pads handle loud sources up to 157 dB SPL, while selectable 80 Hz and 160 Hz low-cut filters tame rumble and proximity effect. The die-cast housing is built for regular stage and location use.
