The Se-KTQ-300SD-A is a film applicator that automatically adjusts the clearance between the slot die and the substrate. It has a 300mm coating width and four rollers to ensure tha t the coating is even. A 24V DC motor makes it very easy to operate and can be used in an Ar environment within a glove box. Two digital displays show the distance between the slot die and the substrate. The 300 mm wide slot die is bolted on a rolling stage with 4 wheels to reduce friction. 2 sets of stainless steel shims: 0.2mm, 0.3mm, and 0.4mm.
