Salty / Crunchy / Great for Salads A unique and special plant with briny flavor and crunchy texture, often called sea asparagus. We like to blanch them in boiling water and then sh ock them in and ice bath to preserve their crisp and crunchy texture. Simply dress with your best olive oil and add a little lemon or vinegar and a couple grinds of black pepper.
