Sunset at the beach offers such a peaceful end to the day. Isn’t it special that every day’s sunset offers a newly painted sky, each unique to itself? For all the years we lived in the Lowcountry I wish we would have spend a few more nights watching the sunset. I love the thick brush strokes that a painting study offers. Often studies are painted in one short studio setting, capturing the main idea of a landscape or subject. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed painting it.
