Dispatch and Delivery: Please allow 2-3 days for dispatch so we can freshly prepare your Sea Moss Gel. Gel orders placed over the weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) will be dispatched on Mondays. All orders are sent frozen to ensure they stay fresh during transit. Missed deliveries or incorrect addresses added at checkout will result in a £5 redelivery charge. Safety: This product is safe for children and during pregnancy. You must consult your doctor if you have any health conditions or medication. Storage: Products that are not stored correctly in the refrigerator will not be refunded or exchanged. Your sea moss has a shelf life of 2-3 weeks, beginning right away once it is delivered. Please store it in the back of the refrigerator at a temperature of 2-3 degrees Celsius to ensure freshness and longevity. Ingredients: Sea moss Spring water Key limes Taste and Smell: Our sea moss gel has very little odour. However, as it is a product of the sea and we do not add any preservatives or chemicals, the odour may become stronger with time. This is 100% natural. Our sea moss is virtually tasteless, and we add freshly squeezed key lime to give it a fresher taste. Our different blends may affect the flavor profile slightly.
