A white wine full of flavour that showcases the unique coastal area of Darling Hills. As the name suggests, there’s a distinct salinity to this wine - the vines are planted directl y in the face of icy Atlantic winds, which carry salt into the vineyards, coating the grapes. The cool evenings produce grapes with great flavour intensity, and the balance of fresh tropical fruits with a salty backdrop is spot on. Why we choose it?
