DIRECTIONS: SeaSap is a physical sun barrier. It does not absorb into the skin, therefore must be applied in a thick layer in order to be effective. It is designed for use on the face and other particularly high exposure / danger areas. Re-apply every 2-3hrs. We primarily use Cacao powder to give SeaSap its tint, however, it has a few other bonus benefits! It's loaded with antioxidants and other amazing skin-friendly vitamins and minerals. As a result, cacao helps to increase blood flow and promote cellular healing. What makes SeaSap so effective? We’ll begin with the key active ingredient: Zinc Oxide. This mineral provides broad-spectrum protection by sitting on top of the skin creating a physical barrier between the sun and skin. It efficiently scatters and deflects both UVA and UVB rays. As it does not absorb into your skin, zinc oxide is different to any synthetic sunscreen chemicals which are only effective by absorbing into your skin.
