Your planters will be updated each quarter or every 6 months to match the season. The Seasonal Select Planter program is a one time purchase. You can upgrade your Seasonal Select Planter to the Reserve program at any time by purchasing the Seasonal Reserve Planter subscription. What are the differences between Full Sun, Partial Sun, and Full Shade inserts? ▼ Full Sun: Your plant requires more than 6 hours a day in direct sunlight. Partial Sun: Your plant requires 4-6 hours a day in direct sunlight. Full Shade: Your plant requires less than 4 hours a day of direct sunlight. How does scheduling for my one-time service work? ▼ Once you purchase your one-time planter, we will add you to the schedule for the next round of Seasonal Planter Inserts! Our design dates are January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15. If you need yor planter before these dates please reach out to us. I love my one-time planter and I want to move to the Reserve subscription! Can I switch? ▼ Absolutely! Just head over to our Seasonal Reserve page to get set up with your subscription and you'll be added to the next round of installs. Will I have design options to choose from? ▼ We do not offer customizations with our Seasonal Select Planter. If you would like to be a part of the design process please book a Custom Planter Consultation. Can Gardenista Jax use pots I already own? ▼ Absolutely! Our planter inserts can be installed in your existing pots and work beautifully with both round and square planters. To choose the right size, measure the narrowest point inside your pot and select an insert that is the same size or smaller. If your planter is larger than the insert, we’ll add a layer of mulch around the insert for a clean, finished look. How far in advance should I order my Seasonal Select Planter? ▼ Seasonal Planters are available for delivery or pickup: September/October, December/January, March/April, and June/July.
