When to wear the macom® Second Stage Bra: Breast augmentation: after 8 weeks Breast reduction: after 12 weeks Mastopexy: after 12 weeks Mastectomy: after 10 weeks Fat Transfer: after 10 weeks Important Note: If you don't know your bra size then you need to measure yourself under the bust and add 2 inches to the total, that will be your size in the macom bras. e.g.: If you measure 34.5, adding 2 inches you will be 36.5, round up to 36 - your size is Large in the macom bras. Try product on immediately upon receipt and prior to surgery. If it fits, it should fit post procedure. Note: It is recommended to order more than one bra: one on, one off.
