This second line woman wooden art is free-standing, hand-painted, and cut in Louisiana by renowned folk artist Lorraine Gendron. Painted on both sides. The traditional brass band p arade (first line) attacts a crowd of bystanders who follow along in a second line, a beloved tradition in New Orleans typical celebrated for major life events such as funerals and weddings.
