Occasionally small manufacturing issues lead to a product being fit for purpose but with small blemishes. In most cases, these may be an over weld or small double sewing. Each item will be coded: Code S- Stitching issue. This may be a double sew line, or a deviation in the sewing line. Highest quality Code W- Welding issue- an area that is double welded or a small welding issue that does not affect the quality of the cover.
