These can be marks on the zips, small scratches or scuff marks where the protective plastic layer has peeled up in transit, or cases where an area is slightly warped (please see photos for examples). You can be guaranteed that whatever imperfection a case has, they are completely useable and in some cases you may not even be able to see the imperfection (we are very picky!) Hard shell case ensures the contents are well protected. Transparent so the contents can be easily visible. The cases are made from a harder, safer plastic but as a result may show small scuff marks.
