Refundable Security Damage Deposit: A higher security damage deposit than the standard amount stated in our Rental Agreement is required for this booking because the client will be responsible for picking up, transporting and returning the arrangements. Transportation Requirements All rental items must be transported in a fully enclosed trailer or an SUV large enough to accommodate the arrangements safely without bending, compressing, stacking or damaging the florals or their structures. Open trailers, pickup truck beds and roof transportation are not permitted. The client is responsible for providing a suitable vehicle, adequate assistance for loading and unloading, and properly securing all items during transportation. Forever Florals by Bonnie reserves the right to decline the release of rental items if the transportation arrangements are unsuitable. Care and Responsibility The client agrees to handle all rental items with care and is responsible for damage or loss resulting from improper handling, loading, transportation, installation, use or return by the client or anyone acting on their behalf. Rental items must not be altered, disassembled, bent, cut or otherwise modified without prior written authorization. They must be protected from rain, excessive moisture, strong winds and any conditions that could cause damage. Inspection and Return All rental items must be returned by the agreed date and time, complete and in the same condition in which they were received, excluding reasonable wear from normal use. Forever Florals by Bonnie may document the condition of all items with photographs at pickup and return. Any pre-existing damage should be identified and documented before the items leave our possession. Any new damage must be reported promptly. Security Deposit and Damage Charges The security damage deposit is refundable following the return and inspection of all rental items. Documented costs for damage beyond ordinary wear, necessary repairs, cleaning, missing components or replacement of damaged or lost items may be deducted from the deposit. The client will receive an itemized explanation of any deductions. If the applicable damage or replacement costs exceed the security damage deposit, the client agrees to pay the remaining balance upon receipt of an itemized invoice, in accordance with the Rental Agreement and applicable law. Any remaining deposit will be refunded within 7 business days following the return and inspection of all rental items. The client acknowledges and agrees to these additional pickup and damage-deposit terms, which supplement the existing Rental Agreement and replace its standard security-deposit amount for this booking.
