Granazza Barbagia I.G.T Bianco Sedilesu A dry version of the indigenous Granazza grape. It fully expresses the personality of the young vineyard. A rich and complex white with an amazing freshness. Bright, straw-yellow in colour. The fine bouquet reminds fruity notes of apricot and peach combined with flavours of herbs of the Mediterranean scrub such as wild thyme. The mouthfeel is fresh and mineral with a persistent and slightly spiced final. A wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif but also to experiment in combination with all kind of seafoods, fried vegetables, young, fresh cheeses.
