Contact with the skins for about six or seven days gives the wine an intense amber color and delicate tannins. On the nose a bouquet that recalls the rich and aromatic Mediterranean vegetation combined with fruity and mineral notes. A white with character, dry and sapid, and with well-balanced acidity.
