Information Pack provides Emergency Services, First Responders and members of the public with fast accurate information about you should they need it in ca se of an emergency.This I.C.E. Information pack can be supplied in your choice of colour: Blue, Red or Green with either the "Star of Life" image, or your own personal photograph or image (extra charge).On the front of the card it states "See reverse" and not a specific medical condition.This I.C.E.
