Three Seeds, Three Different Varieties Broccoli Sprouting Seeds Mild and fresh, broccoli sprouts are naturally rich in glucoraphanin, a precursor that can be converted into sulforaphane when the sprouts are chewed or chopped. Pea Seeds Grow crisp, sweet pea sprouts or leafy pea shoots with the familiar fresh flavour of young garden peas. Pea shoots contain naturally occurring plant protein, fibre, vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. Pink Radish Seeds Fast growing with a bold, peppery flavour and vibrant colour. Pink radish sprouts and microgreens contain naturally occurring plant compounds including glucosinolates and anthocyanins. How to Grow All three varieties can be grown as sprouts or microgreens. For sprouting, soak your seeds, drain thoroughly and rinse regularly as they grow. Growing times and recommended seed quantities vary between broccoli, pea and pink radish. For microgreens, sow the seeds into a tray with growing medium and harvest once the young greens reach your preferred size. For the best results, follow the growing instructions provided for each individual seed variety. Frequently Asked Questions Can I grow all three varieties as sprouts? Yes.
