The dough on this seedy beaut is made with two types of wheat, some spelt and some rye with 1/3 of the flour milled by us. We add our seed mixture of sunflower, flax and pumpkin th en roll in poppy seeds before its baked. The resulting bread is beautifully fragrant with a super nutty flavour.
