Enjoy our newest addition to the Sourdough Bread family. Organic natural seeds are mixed into the dough as well as used to coat the top. The result is nice crusty loaf with an extr emely tender interior. The seeds (flax, chia, pumpkin and hemp hearts) provide an additional layer of texture and taste. We use no commercial yeast and our dough is 100% naturally leavened with a long fermentation period. This yields a delicious bread that’s more nutritious and also highly digestible. When bread is completely cooled, we recommend slicing and freezing. This is the best way to preserve the freshness if it won’t be consumed within a day. Take out as many slices as you want and pop into the toaster for a fresh baked experience.
