One of the biggest takeaways from our 2018 craft market season? Folks really wanted seedless berry jams—and we were happy to deliver. This jam starts with the same bold, tart black berries we use in all our blackberry offerings, but with an extra step: we run it through a food mill to remove every last seed. The result is a smooth, velvety spread that’s still packed with bright blackberry flavor—no crunch, just pure fruit. With a medium-firm texture and just enough cane sugar to balance the berries’ natural tartness, it’s perfect for PB&Js, pork glazes, or simply enjoyed by the spoonful.
