One of the biggest lessons from our 2018 craft market circuit was that people wanted more seedless jams, with raspberry high on the list! Our seedless raspberry jam starts with the same tart, vibrant raspberries we use in our classic jam, but with one key difference: we run the fruit through a food mill to remove all the seeds. The result is a silky-smooth spread that still packs all the punchy flavor of the original, minus the additional seedy texture.
