Columns (1990) was Sega's answer to Tetris: three-jewel columns, match them horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, and the "one more game" loop kicks in fast. Jay Geertsen's puzz le formula landed on Master System during the system's twilight run, and the later-era packaging here includes compatibility badges for Master System, Master System II, and Genesis with Power Base Converter.
