The wine ages in Slavonian and Austrian oak barrels (3.200 lt) for 40 months. The Vigna Pajana is savoury and complex, intense and refined: elegant, powerful and tight at the beginning, it is juicy and mineral with balsamic notes that become broader and more nuanced as the wine opens in the glass.
