Complex and exuberant with notes of cassis and ripe black fruits married to velvety oak tannins. Good acidity to balance the fruitiness and a remarkable equilibrium between attack, mid-palate, and finish. ?GRAPES VARIATIES: Chateau Qanafar 2015: 72% Syrah, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon Note: The blend usually consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. The blend varies from year-to-year depending on what the owners believe will produce the highest quality wine possible. Not necessarily all 3 varietals are found, sometimes only 2 varietals are used (as in Chateau Qanafar 2015). The percentage of the varietals also varies from year to year. MATURING: 100% of the wine is aged in 225L French oak barrels for 12 months ?SERVING TEMPERATURE: Best served at 16-18蝪 after decanting for one hour AGING: Ideal for immediate enjoyment and aging of at least 20+ years depending on storage conditions.
