HOW TO LOOK AFTER Selenite is a very soft stone. It scratches very easily. Scratches can be polished out with a damp cloth but it is not to be submerged or soaked or washed under running water. Energetic cleansing: Selenite does not require regular cleansing, it is usually used to clear and charge other crystals. However, it is recommended to cleanse selenite upon acquiring it, or after heavy use to remove accumulated energy. Sound vibration is a nice way to cleanse selenite via singing bowls or tingsha bells. The crystal can be placed in the moonlight overnight.
