SELF is an 11” x 17” print that features a number of portrait drawings I made on post-it notes for an October drawing challenge way back in 2016. Some of them I’ve shared before, o thers were sitting quietly on a hard drive for years. I’ve been reflecting a bit on all these portrait characters I draw as sort of surreal distillations of what’s going on up in my brain while I’m (hopefully) lost in the process.
