PREP Exfoliate before use (preferably 24 hours prior). Do not exfoliate, wash or shave the skin the day of application. Avoid wearing perfume, deodorant or lotions. 2. APPLY Dispense 1-2 pumps per area onto tanning mitt. Apply to skin one area at a time in upward circular motions until evenly blended. Wait 5 minutes before getting dressed. This product should be rinsed off after 6 hours. Your tan will continue to develop, with full effect in 12 hours even when rinsed off. 3. APRÈS SUNLESS Wear dark colored and loose fitted clothing. Wait 1 - 6 hours before rinsing, showering or applying other products. Moisturize daily to prolong and maintain the tan. Avoid hair removal and exfoliation for the duration of the result.
