Designed for:Bag in Box fillingCask FillingWine FillingWort FillingLiquid FilliingHot Aseptic Filling (up to 100C) A single operator can use this easy to use machine to fill a wide range of beverages. The included 400watt centrifugal pump is able to pump fast enough to fill 200-240bladders per hour or approximately 2000litres per hour. This machine works with our 1.5L and 5L Eggshell Stand Up Bladders or our large 20L Cask Bladders. It can also fill a wide range of other bladders simply by changing over the gripper which only takes a couple minutes to do. We can also do custom printed bladders for you with minimum custom print runs of 10k and for this quantity we can do full colour double sided printing. Instructions Use the 1.5" TC fittings to attach the machine to your beverage. NOTE: The centrifugal pump in this machine is not auto priming so the tank that it's drawing from must be above the level of the pump in the machine. Use the touch screen and press start/run Insert the bladder into the neck holder. Press the green button on the display The process will automatically fill and seal the bladder. Once completed remove the bladder from the neck holder. Specifications:Fills Speed: about 220-240bladders per hourPower Consumption: 400wattsInlet: 1.5inch TCSize: 1000mm x 1000mm x 1500mm HighMax/Min Temperature of Liquid: 100C/0CAir Consumption and Pressure: Requires at least 3 bar air pressure and uses less than 1CFM. Calibrating the machine to the correct volume using the flowmeter in pulse units: STEP 1. Firstly check which light is on during the filling.NOTE: Increase the numbers if underfilled or decrease the number if overfilled. As you can see in the image above there are different filling co-efficient for different bladder volume ranges. For example 0-1 (litres) has a filling co-efficient at the moment set to 600 and 2-5Litres has co-efficient of 780 If it was underfilled. We can add 20 to 780, so the number will be 800. Then check the fill weight. Once you get close then only increment/decrement the co-efficient number by a smaller amount like 5-10 to fine tune the results.
