This protractor is made of strong, durable plastic, non-glare clear (foggy, yet still see-thru). This is a useful feature so you may overlay the tool on things you are getting an angle measure of, without visual obstruction. Of the many uses these protractors have, the focus of their designs are intended for measuring blood spatter and ballistic trajectory. In the medical field, doctors and investigators use our protractors to measure on top of x-rays and other pictures. This protractor, which is officially called the 8" Graduated Dial Segment, is a new forensic tool. Some of the features include: being made of .065" thick clear plastic with black graphics; aproximately 20cm wide and 10cm tall overall; 180 degrees of measurement reading counter clockwise; and a narrow horizontally centered scale at the base reading 8cm in each direction.
