This classic Hunter variety of hand-picked Semillon presents a pale straw colouring with a green hue typical of the variety. Nose: Aromas of Meyer lemon and fresh lime juice are co mplemented by a hint of sea spray. Delicate notes of orange bergamot contribute an additional layer of complexity. Palate: Lightly textured with a juicy citrus core, supported by vibrant acidity. Long and well defined, a squeeze of fresh lime extends through the finish. The result is a clean, persistent and finely poised wine. Food pairings: Oysters, raw seafood, richer fish entrees, try spicing with fresh fennel or dill.
