SENATOR COLLECTION The new Senator Chronometer demonstrates its incomparable sense of tact in a combination of silver-grey and blue that emulates the effervescent spray of the high seas. It has a 42 mm case in white gold with perfectly satin-finished and polished surfaces. The sapphire crystal case back allows the finely finished manufactory movement to be admired in all its glory. A dark blue Louisiana alligator leather strap with a white gold folding clasp harmoniously rounds off the appearance of this noble timepiece. This new variant adds a fresh facet to the Senator collection: in cool silver-grey and deep blue, it combines traditional finishing methods with modern technologies and contemporary design. The dial and parts of the manual winding calibre are silver-plated by friction. In this elaborate process, fine silver powder, salt and water are applied by hand, giving the surface a fine, shimmering structure. These elements are then galvanised in grey. Polished and blued hands and appliques complete the design.
