Produced by our esteemed partner in Uji who operates one of Kyoto's most respected tea houses. This sencha is perfect for any moment of the day. Since this tea is lighter steamed (asamushi) the flavor and color is lighter, crisper and more refreshing than tea that is steamed for a longer duration. One of our personal favorites ways to consume this specific tea is to enjoy the first brew traditionally with less water at lower temperature to capture the delicate notes. Then being more casual by combining the 2nd and 3rd brews into one cup, for long lasting refreshing cup of tea!
