A premium Fukamushi (deep steamed) Sencha comprised of a blend of Yabukita and the rare Tsuyu Hikari cultivars. Balanced, smooth, and made for everyday drinking. This sencha from t he master growers at Kakuda Seicha in Okuyame sits comfortably between light and rich — offering a full bodied flavour with plenty of umami, soft sweetness, and a clean structure.
