SENSITIVE TALLOW BALM Ultra-gentle & Restorative Sensitive was created in response to many requests for a daily moisturizer suitable for delicate, reactive, easily irritated and ex tremely dry skin. Calendula blossoms grown at Mending Roots, a local herb farm in the West Kootenays, are infused into our tallow rendered from beef suet from Tarzwell Farms in Creston, BC. Used traditionally to ease inflammation and commonly known to soothe irritated skin, calendula brings time tested herbal care to this balm. Leaf lard from pasture raised pork at Cutter Ranch in Fort Steele, BC, completes the blend. These two traditional fats are highly compatible with human skin and work together to nourish, protect and support the skin’s natural barrier. We hope those with eczema prone, sensitive or irritated skin will find comfort in this restorative balm, brimming with locally sourced and traditional ingredients.
