Ans: The collar is meant to help cats feel calmer and may help with stress-related habits like too much meowing, marking around the house, or scratching furniture. It works by releasing pheromones similar to the signals a mother cat naturally gives her kittens. Q2: How long does one collar last? Ans: One collar lasts for up to 30 days and releases calming pheromones throughout that time. It can be handy if you want calming support throughout the home rather than using a plug-in diffuser in just one room. Q3: How do I properly fit this collar on my cat? Ans: Put the collar around your cat's neck and leave about 1/4 inch of room between the collar and the neck. Trim off the extra length, keeping about 1–2 inches so you can loosen or adjust it later if needed. Q4: Is this collar safe for kittens? Ans: Yes, this collar is safe and effective for cats and kittens of different ages and breeds, though growing kittens should have their collar's fit checked and adjusted regularly as they develop. Q5: Can I bathe my cat while they're wearing this collar? Ans: No, it's recommended to remove the collar before shampooing your cat and replace it once their coat has fully dried to help preserve the collar's effectiveness. Q6: What scent does this collar have? Ans: The collar has a light lavender and chamomile scent. It gives off a gentle fragrance while the pheromones work to help calm stressed cats. Q7: Is it safe to use this collar on all cats? Ans: This collar should never be used on cats with active or extensive skin lesions, so it's best to check your cat's skin condition before applying the collar around their neck.
