There is so much more power in all of our being, in your heart, the parts of you that lay outside of your physical body. The mind has a hard time understanding the magic and as we continue to grow and expand in this awakening, it will be practicing this act of separating, that will become essential on your journey. Your brain only knows what it has experienced, it is your higher self, your heart and even your emotions that tap into a wisdom beyond the mind. The mind, represented by the fox is no longer fixed and connect to the land to the left, the left representing where we are coming from and the right being what we are moving into. We have to be in this relaxed state of floating to be open to the possibilities. The mind has a way to over fixate, and over "do" things keeping us to our lists, and tasks and responsibilities, unaware of the magic surrounding it. Becoming aware of more takes practice. This is also a part of the message, cultivate a spiritual practice, a mental health practice of training your being to integrate all parts. To check in with the heart and spirit first and then give the brain things to do and to execute. It doesn't get to say or be in charge. We need our brains though, we need the magic of the fox to help put the puzzle pieces together, to find patterns in behavior and thinking that we may still be carrying out from our childhood. We can use our brains to notice thoughts and ways of thinking and then we bring these things to our hearts and our higher self to see if it really aligns with us, with love.
